Windows 7 iso download

Can anyone help, I need to install windows 7 starter edition on a friends notebook, but when I try and download the iso from microsoft I get this message.

Thanks man, I'm sorted. After much searching through my old storage drives I found a product key for home, so I've loaded that for him.

It means you will need to use the (recovery) disk that came with the laptop.

If you dont have access to that then you will have to get it though other means.

I have the ISO but its Ultimate

I am also looking to download an ISO of Win7 x64 Ultimate SP1 for a reimage I need to do on a personal built PC. I have an authentic CD key, but the microsoft support page DOES NOT list English as an option to dload the iso for whatever reason.

You mean from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7 ?

I think: https://isoriver.com/windows-7-ultimate-sp1-iso/ is legit, but not completely sure. If you're using it to upgrade to W10, should be fine, just use the media creation tool to upgrade, then reinstall windows once upgraded via settings > upgrade and security > recovery > remove everything.
