windows 7 multi drive word search

Tell me is there a way to search for words,files..etc on 4 drives at once on OS win7.
I tried google and results are not as expected for this type of problem.
IF i missed this please re-educate me in the ways of the force....if someone says search filters and advance search i will pull the trigger

Have you tried opening my computer and using the search computer box in thhe top rh corner?

OK but does this search all 4 drives at once?..let me try it
Not working as i searched for a file with no results,but its there alright

What are you searching for? It's possible that the file type containing you expected data isn't being included in the search. For instance .pas files weren't included in google desktop search.
