Windows 7 Professional - Closing ports

Hi all,

Scenario:

Single PC running Win 7 Pro 64-bit
ADSL
Straight up vanilla connection to router

What I want to do:

I want this PC to ONLY be able to send & receive e-mail's. ( Port 110 & 587 )

I want to close ALL other internet access completely.

Is this possible? & if so, how exactly can I do this?

Firewall block ports 1-109 and another rule to block 111-586 and one last one to block 588-65535

Also dont block port 25
