According to this transcript, RTM was released yesterday .... so who is right ? one hand says this other says that! The press release is still up and unaltered?If they know its incorrect why not alter it?

They put up an unedited press release, but in the actual speech it was changed to "RTM this month" instead of on the 13th, however that does confirm that MS had planned to RTM on the 13th.
Right now the final builds are being complied and some people say it might be signed off on the 16th when Ballmer could announce it on the last day of WPC.
