Windows 7 update is freezing my system

When Windows tries to install this update, it freezes at creating the Restore point. Any ideas?

Have you tried disabling your anti-virus software / Windows firewall etc. ?

I had two customers with Ksod after they did updates on Windows 7.
Couldn't find which one was causing the issue,but did a system restore and waiting for a bit before running updates again

I installed it earlier and have had no issues. Just putting it out there
