Without going into why purchase win8, I bought it from Matrixwarehouse and found that the first seal came off quit easily and the second seal was already cut. I am currently installing it hopefully the key is still valid, if not I am not sure if they will accept returns. I prolly won't buy from them again and if I buy from somewhere else will make sure to open package in store if possible.
