Must admit. I always used to be first in line to download the latest Microsoft OS's even if it was an Alpha release. But, now I'm no longer bothered. Windows 8 killed my Windows spirit

I will use Windows 7 for as long as I used Windows XP i.e. a decade or more

Nothing is stopping you from having a proper start menu right now. I installed Start8 the day I got Windows 8, which was the day after Windows 8 released.

I would be interested in playing around with the beta of Windows 9.

I will only go Windows 9 on the next laptop I purchase....Dont wanna run pirated Windows on my laptop, or pay for an upgrade OS.
