windows home premium at workplace

Thinking of buying an acer aspire for work use
the only thing is it has windows home premium on it?
Will i have networking issues?

You wont be able to attach to a domain, and that means no authentication/authorization. Could be a problem depending on what you do.

thanks! that doesn't sound good.. I work in Data Warehousing so will have to connect to SQL Servers etc.
