Windows office issue

I got this message yesterday all of a sudden on my desktop and I don't know why it's asking me this now.

Nothing new on the desktop and nothing was installed now.

I didn't put windows on here, my uncle did and he is no longer with us.

Does anyone know what this means

Browse the mydigitallife.net forum. Look for KMS_VL_ALL that should work as it seems as if your auto KMS crack is no longer loading. (I'll remove if not allowed)

The copy of office your uncle provisioned might not be a retail purchase,if you want to go legit Office365 is pretty affordable monthly
