Windows PPTP VPN connection on Vodacom 3g

Hi

We got an issue with Windows PPTP VPN. When the user initiates the VPN to the office, all is well and he can work, until he need to disconnect the VPN, and dial in somewhere else.

When he want to re-initiate the VPN connection, he cannot do so.

However, on the Telkom 3g network, he is able to re-initiate the VPN connection.

Is there a problem somewhere, and what can we do to resolve it?
