Windows Update Failing

My Windchill server started having issues with updating. I cannot get my own pc on same network to update all of a sudden as well. Error

What happened? I tried googling the specific error, but got no real answers as to how to solve my problem. I use a Squid proxy server.

Apparently its a big problem for Windows 7 64 bit. My problem now is it is affecting my server 2008 standard 64bit windchill 9 server as well.
