Windows upgrade - wrong laptop delivered

Thread title upgraded to save other unsuspecting forumites...
 
Dont get excited guys. All I can try and do is log a call for him through to Vodacom Direct. They will then need to arrange for a pickup of the laptop and have the correct one delivered. I have requested his details that I need to log the call on the system.
 
Okay, I must be easy to please as that thread had me in stitches...
 
ON 27 FEBRUARY 2013 I UPGRADED MY CONTRACT TO A ACER E1-571 LAPTOP WITH A 4GB RAM! VIA WWW.VODACOM.CO.ZA

ON 1 MARCH 2013 - RAM CARRIERS DELIVERED A ACER E1-531 LAPTOP WITH A 2GB RAM.

THE WRONG PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED. TRIED CALLING 0821945, 0821959 ECT.
ARE YOU SURE THERE ARE CONSULTANTS???? ON HOLD FOR 20-30MIN DONT GET THROUGH

IM PAYING FOR THE ACER E1-571 WITH 4GB RAM. IS IT TO MUCH TO ASK FOR YOU TO DELIVER THE RIGHT PRODUCT AND NOT A CHEAPER ACER E1-531 WITH 2GB RAM?

AND THE MYBROADBAND COMMUNITY CARES WHY? GO TELL VODACOM NOT US
