Windows Workstation promt when logging onto Novell network.

I am logging a newly built machine onto a Novell network and I receive the Windows Workstation prompt for a password. I know it has something to do with Workstation Mgr which is installed.

I first installed NW491SP2 and then went to 491SP3 but still no luck.

Oh wow, this takes me back to the days when I tried to get Novell and XP working together at my old high school. Compared to 98 where there were no user accounts and things were easy, XP's accounts gave me grey hairs.

I haven't touched Client32 in years, but IIRC there was an option there to specify which Windows User to use when logging in.

Sorry I can't be of more help, I've forgotten everything I used to know about Novell Netware, which is a shame, as it was a great system

WM should handle the password problem and it is not doing the job.
