Winter Olimpic Games 2010

It's a great event. Which sport channel is going to broadcast the events???

So far as I know, SABC will be showing 1 hour a day of highlights from the Winter Olympics. DStv's SS2 will also only be showing 1 or 2 hours of highlights a day. Pretty pathetic coverage for the 2010 Winter Olympics, I'm very disappointed

It all started quite innocently with Gazeta Olsztynska, a major daily paper, running a general interest piece on the games. They needed a picture of the five cutesy mascots to spice up their page, and must have just grabbed one off Google images that fitted their layout well.

It's sad that south african cycle on rugby and cricket. THat's absurd when the main sport channel of the country jusi misses such the event as Olimpic Games!

AFAIK there is two South African's at the winter olympics.

And it is due to the SABC winning the bidding contract and opting not to broadcast it, that we can't watch it.
