Maybe ESKOM should start drafting maintenance plans and ACTUALLY implement them, so as to not land us deeper in trouble!

The problem is that they received good infrastructure and let it decay further and furthter until it will end up collapsing. How stupid are you if you do not understand the basic premise of maintenance and upkeep?
