Wired, but frustrated

Yep, wireless Tech. is nice... but it is by no means painless. all kinds of things can and do go wrong. It is nice when it just works out of the box, but good luck with that.

I would estimate that at least 50% of the time setting up a wireless network or similar tech. requires advanced computing ability for me. So it is no surprise that basic home users think that computers are the devil.
 
Article is about the American consumer. From first hand experience, Americans buy a $25 toaster and pay somebody $35 to fit the plug.
