I have a mega105WR and a netgear WG602 AP.

I have been battling, trying to create a wireless bridge between the two to give a pc internet access through the AP instead of running cable.

Iv decided to take a breather and look for help :o

Has anyone tried something similar who can offer advice?

i have given the router the MAC of the AP and visa versa.
i have made the AP a repeater point.

What OS are you running? Does your PC have a wireless card or is it plugged directly into the WG602 AP? Have you set up a wireless network with SSID and channel for both devices? Which device serves as the DHCP server?

The mega 105 only allows WDS using WEP 64bits Shared...
No other security method. If you are using WPA there is your problem….
Also the netgear it a B*tch to setup..
Make sure you place the Wireless MAC address of the Mega 105 in the AP list on the netgear.

@Quasi
Im running XP64
PC is plugged directly into AP - no wireless card:o Would a Gigabyte GNBR01-G do the trick?
The Mega105WR serves as DHCP.

My initial theory was to connect the AP wireless-ly as a client of the router and plug the pc into the AP LAN1...or am i totally off?
