Hi.

Can anyone recommend decent wireless earpods with excellent sound (including deep bass and crisp, clear hi's)?

Thanks.

EarPods = Apple.

What you want are generic Bluetooth Earphones or Headphones.

Not sure you'll find deep bass outside of full in ear setups and over head phones.

I had JBL Reflect BT. Gym sweat broke the volume control after a few months.

Then I got Yurbuds Leap Wireless. Great bass and quality. Didn't fall out of my ears at all. But the sweat also got to them eventually.

I currently have the Plantronics Backbeat. They weren't the best fit for my odd ears, so I used the rubbers from my old Yurbuds. Now they fit like a glove, have great quality and are nice and light. A full charge lasts about 6 or 7 hours at high volume. I would recommend these.

Thank you. Been looking at the Plantronics Backbeat Fit from Takealot.
Are those what you are referring to?
And to confirm - sound quality is good?

Correct. In some songs, I wished that the volume was 1 click louder, but quality is excellent. The noise cancelling rubbers from the Yurbuds go a little deeper into your ears and block outside noise a little better, so I was happy with the volume after that.

Been using Jaybirds for a number of years now. Good quality, excellent sounding (out perform my Shures SE115's by some margin), sweat proof and really comfortable. Got a pair of Jaybird Bluebuds not to long ago for around R1500. The Bluebuds X2 are their latest release and have received good reviews. But being a mid range set expect to pay around R3k.

Thanks everyone for your input and advice. Went with the Plantronics Backbeat Fit. Hopefully will get them on Monday. :)
