Hey Guys

I am currently with Easyweb. Till a few months ago the service was FANTASTIC but now... it has dropped in quality and i have logged numerour support tickets and had it resolved for a few days or a few hours. It has gotten to the state, in the last few weeks, where it is really PATHETIC. Then they want to quote me on a new router.

I plug diretly into the POE and do the speed tests from a PC - but then they send a report that it is "fine".. well it isn't.

I am looking to change providers. What is available in Midrand?

Check coverage on Level-7.co.za - if you can get them, you'll be sorted.

No... unfortunately not. In our area, because of the number of dwellings per whatever they measure, is too low and so there isn't sufficient interest to justify the setup costs for anyone to put in fibre. We have Dark Fibre but only going to businesses.
