Wireless networking gets a boost

Poor article? Or poor comprehension?

So I can take a ladder, go and climb up any of their billboards, and plug in devices to my whim?

Sorry, but this article is the equivalent of an air-puff-twirl-chip from a R2.99 1kg bag of salt and vinegar air-puffs purchased from a 100 year old cafe in the middle of dusty nowhere.

Who? Got that.
What? Got that.
Where? Got that.
When? Didn't get that...
Why? Didn't get that either.
How much? Yes, tell us.

I bet any billboard, building, hill, town, balloon, and huge forehead, is available for attachment of anything, at the right price.

Just barely more intelligible than a pseudo AI's automatically generatable bloat and blub. Or maybe it's just my local time-zone not keeping track with my sleeping patterns. Who knows.

Just watch out so the people squatting in the billboards don't steal your equipment. Or cook their food with it.

PS I bet this is Good news to "Adrian" from Wireless Africa, who, one night, instead of posting gibberish on a public forum, uploaded an Image to an ISP, and put his email address at the bottom, and now answers his phone "Wireless Africa".

I Must agree

I must agree....who gives a hoot?
Is this really news?
Aren't there more interesting issues out there to report on???

yay! sorry how is this going to improve my life/adsl/internet?

Lol, I was about to comment on how unprofesional and well weak, the website quoted in the article looked ie. "Large scale low cospt wireless internet deployment for sectional, full title users in security estates." cospt?

When I read what you all said...

I would actually be interested in using a service like this, we have lots of clients who we want to reach at their homes and be able to have some form of connectivity and iBurst and sentech are rubbish and hsdpa's coverage is not yet wide enough for my liking.

So if we could use a public access medium or maybe wimax or something it maybe a viable option...

But after seeing the site, lol i would have to reconsider. I guess that's why its so important to have a good corporate image!?

*Cough*Product placement*cough

@Tunasashimi, I had to read the article a few times. What a relief it was to find I was perhaps not the clueless individual I thought I might be.
I suspect the website mentioned in the article was the correct one...
Should these articles not read "Promotional feature" somewhere in bold letters?

btw great link
