I've got a wireless Router (Dlink), It can use many channels.

But i heard some channels get better speed since each channel uses a different frequency?? and Noise in a certian frequency makes it either slow or makes it disconnect easily ??

Wich channel is the best to use in SA ??

It depends on who else may be using the channels in your area. If you live in a neighbourhood, where there are lots of people using channel 3, then it would be best to use something far away from 3, such as 11. Channels 1, 6, and 11 are non-overlapping - they are true channels. All of the others overlap.

I doubt there are other ppl in my area with wireless. Unless it Wifi-Internet...

But someone told me, some channels are faster..

Well some might be "faster" due to less interference, which might be the case, but it will also go tits up when you turn on your microwave oven or your 2.4Ghz cordless phone rings. Cat5 rulz!

Nope

You won't get better performance on different channels... you may get degraded performance if you have interfering equipment nearby. If you have a neighbour who has a unit on a similar channel, you can have (mild) problems. Get a copy of netstumbler on your PC and check to see if there are other units transmitting nearby for starters (but I doubt they will be close enough to pose a threat). If there are, just make sure yours is at least 6 channels away.
