WirelessG finds BEE partner

WirelessG has announced that Mightycare Mosegedi has made an offer to acquire a 26% stake in G-Mobile Holdings

However, they remain confident in its decision to invest due to the large business potential contained within the shareholders agreement between WirelessG and Vodacom

So the only potential the BEE partner sees in WirelessG is the shareholders agreement with Vodacom, what if Vodacom disinvest and all the potential in WirelessG falls away?
