Wirulink Home Fibre Experience

Hi everyone,

Does anyone use Wirulink as their Fibre ISP on Vumatel's network? I am looking at their 200mbps Home Fibre packages and they advertise the connection as unconteded, so I would really need someone to give me feedback on their experience.

I haven't used them but seen poor feedback here on their service.

I would suggest going with Cool Ideas (pure uncapped, unshaped.. see here for proof)
I've got a 20/2 line with them on Vuma and they've been great.

This is advertised on their site, Home Fibre... I am alredy with Cool Ideas, however Wirulink's prices are better plus the "uncontended" connection got me interested.

I am using them since November 2017. Always get full speed on all protocols. Never had reason to use their support. It is just their control panel that is very, very basic, but then I have no need to use it often either. I am on 20/20.

I've been using them since January, 200/200 package. Speeds are consistent throughout the day and the support is incredible. I had an issue and the day after I emailed them I had 3 lots of Vumatel technicians out the next day and the problem was solved shortly after. I'd highly recommend them, I don't use the control panel and just email them with any queries I have.

Thank you for your feedback. Do you mind sending me some speedtests to International servers, like London, Frankfurt, New York, Chicago? I would like to see how their service performs to international servers.
