Hi everyone, as the title says, I wish debug.rain.network still existed.
For me, the new optimizer is useless, since I have a visual impairment, I can't use maps.
I liked the table they had with all the tower information right there, as I could do self diagnostics.
Now, however, it is a pain to ask what is going on, because I am still waiting for my tower issue to be resolved. I have a suggestion dear Rain: Implement self-service, so that clients actually can fix issues, or at least know what's going on, rather than let incompetent staff handle them.
Anyway, since I don't think self service is going to happen soon I might as well ask.
@rain_mobile and @rain_networks, I have sent emails regarding my issue, providing coordinates and all the relevant information, I am still waiting for a response, and it's a week later again.
And a question for the MyBroadband users, how do you go about receiving delivery of a package when in a rural area, for example if I order a new ISP package, do you guys think it would be best to go to the nearest town and let them deliver there?
Thanks. Sorry about long post.
