Hello all,
So I've managed to successfully get my WISP off the ground with much help from users on this forum. Thanks!
My WISP is at the moment still small scale and really just running to cover operational costs. (Still need ICASA Licensing etc.)
Currently using Telkom ADSL line with another ISP for data as upstream.
ADSL in the area is max 10mb and up to now this has been enough, but is slowly becoming insufficient as client numbers increase.
I am now on the lookout for an ISP who can offer me faster speeds than this, over a wireless or fibre connection.
Of course, "real" resale bandwidth is surely expensive and as I'm not really making much profit at the moment, I cannot afford these tens of thousands of rands until I get my licensing and really start adding clients.
Does anyone know of an ISP out there who would be willing to provide me with say, a Business package which I could use to provide Internet access to my clients?
My high-site is in Athlone, Cape Town.
Any suggestions, ideas and directives welcome.
Thanks!
