Reading the Mercury this morning it appears their sources are saying Zuma will announce a 0% increase.

That VIP Protection got an increase at all is egregious in the extreme.

Over a billion rand on them showing off how big their VIP prick is just blows my mind.

Not entirely sure how true this is, but apparently every minister and deputy minister has 8 bodyguards?

If it was more than 1, its too damn many.

Epic for this dude... If he has the marks, and the ability to be at Varsity then THESE are the students we need to support, and we need to help the family since they are clearly sacrificing to help their child get up in the world.
