When is Zuma going to address them? I dont think he will.He will get 1 of his minions to deliver the news.

According to twitter, at 2:45. I hope he is ready for this, because this isn't his usual crowd.

He'll address them if he gets to announce the 0% increase and passes the funding shortfall over to the varsities and taxpayers. Else, lackey time like you say.

I suspect his voice is going to drowned out by chants of "ANC must fall" or some such.
 
The news anchor on ENCA can barely speak english. I wonder if he worked at the SABC previously.
