Marriage is the union between a man and woman.
A woman is an adult human female, so no. No kids.

Now you can debate when is someone an adult. Biologically that is after they finished puberty, or at the end of growth on the young end (14 -16) for woman.

Legally in SA conservatives had that at 21. When you got your key. Now Legally you are a adult at 18.

Anyway this is a classic example of a progressive leftist trying to use the moral values of conservatives against them when the progressive himself doesn't hold that values. You have no problems with kids having sex in your world view it is encouraged. You are against teaching abstinence and for handing out condoms and saying go for it, but for some reason you have a problem with marriage. Really wierd.
