Woolworths SA refuses to back down from supporting Pride Month

I haven't read any of this, but I just had a woollies pepper steak pie (don't like buying shop pies as it's almost always crap) and it was surprisingly delicious. In my defense I was very hungry and was in there anyway.

That is not a defense. Lol

Every single pride parade I've seen it has always been some overtly sexual **** on display, even the one in Rosebank was pretty hectic.
Yes but that is what a pride parade is all about.

I think there is a general movement towards making it more family friendly but historically its been about celebrating the fact they can now legally exist as gay people in the country.
Its self expression.

Just make it adults only then you don't need to worry about a line.
The parade ?

Yes, OK I do agree... its supposed to be a party,

IMHO a man dressed as a woman waving a big dildo around in a parade is the same as a teacher telling my child its immoral to think about sex.

Just no.

If you are going to do anything explicitly sexual, then no kids. It is really that simple.
By all means try to hide sexuality from your kids in their late, potentially even early, teens. Odds of teenage pregnancy very high with that approach.

Maybe teach abstinence while you're at it. Very effective.

That's not what I said.

There is a big difference between
1. hiding sexuality from your teens, which you absolutely should not do, and still teach abstinence.
And
2. Inviting you teens along to a big open air gay swingers party.

But why the craving for attention?
I find it bizarre that there's public outcry when Adult World puts a fine peach of ass on a billboard, as it demeans women, but we close a whole CBD in order to celebrate unabated male sexuality, in public.

I'm simply pointing out that your kids are going to explore their sexuality. They can do that with or without your guidance.

They're exposed to far crazier garbage than pride parade on the Internet. You can either make sure they're prepared and can handle that sort of thing, in which case, as they approach adulthood, seeing a pride parade will be something they can handle with maturity, or you can try to hide it from them, and hope like hell it doesn't do any damage when they see it and worse.

You should also not be watching porn with your kids. That is really wierd and concerning.

You should strongly discourage them not to watch "crazier garbage" on the internet.

There is actually a 18 age restriction on that.
