Someone existing and acting according to their identity can never be propaganda. :cautious:

On the other hand, repeating misinformation in an effort to discredit or dehumanise these individuals is a form of propaganda. :p

Queer is just a reclaimed word to refer to LGBTQ+ people in general. We can call it non-straight people too if you'd like?

I didn't create a collective group, acronym or flag. I didn't call it a LGBTQIA+ agenda, or a movement.
Those claiming to speak for LGBTQIA+, those who created a flag and ever-growing acronym, did.

I'm using their words.

I'd like to see words like gay and queer reclaimed into the English language not to refer to homosexuals. It is irritating that they've co-opted these words. Make up a new word. Especially for nonsense terms like genderqueer.

Well languages are constantly evolving, so you can start a movement that reclaims those words. Irritating? Nonsense terms? :oops:

Hi Noxibox. If you go on targets website you can check the size. Strange you dont know this is currently a big thing in the usa. People started boycotting target. I know its not local but i follow news from there as i worked there for a while

So no more couples in public? I'll tell my wife she's not allowed to go out with me in case someone accuses me of parading my sex choice in public. Maybe she shouldn't go out at all. Best to keep her locked away. Should I leave my children at home? I wouldn't want anyone to think that maybe I had sex with a woman. They might find that upsetting.

There is a high probability that if you live in a city your children are going to encounter same sex couples. There are going to be children at their school with two moms or two dads. So if you're really worried about having to explain to them it would be best to lock them away somewhere until they're adults.

No issue with same sex couples and we talk to our kids about it.

where did i say no couples in public? where did i say no affection in public? Who said you must leave your wife at home? You do know the difference when couples are being affectionate in public, and people performing sexual acts in public.

Which in fact mostly give recommendations. They specifically don't appear to dictate that a pedestrian crossing has to take a specific form, only that it be marked and they give some recommendations. Most dimensions of road markings appear to be minimums where they're specified. Some specific things have fixed colour requirements. For a Stop marking they specify yellow or white, even though the markings are usually white. Now road traffic signs are a different matter. They're much more specific with those.
