Hi

I'm using "Post by Email" – it’s built in WordPress as an option in Dashboard > setting > general > writing

I can email the ‘blog post’ from Microsoft Word but it ends up in the post section – I would like for it to go to the Page section.
It uses xmlrpc.php found in the root folder.

Is there a way to change the destination of the post by email to pages?

This is not native functionality, but there are plugins that allow you to change post type from post to page if that'll save you time. Not automatic as far as I know though.

Yes u an embed PHPMailer and use it wit ease...PM me or mail rscsweb (at) gmail (dot) com
