They will have your 30 day notice period to do that. Do NOT tell them you are looking, only resign when you have a firm offer.
That is what the notice period is for.
You must also remember, depending on your profession and specialization, it could take a while to find a job that you would actually want...

Their issue, not yours. That's precisely why you have notice period for resignations. If the period isn't enough, then their fault.

Thanks for the guys that did assist and apologies for the way I butchered the thread there after.
OP wants to quit job, but their current company relies on them as they're probably a key asset(senior).
OP's company may face momentary losses due to his resignation.
OP feels bad, and wants to perform a good will gesture and notify them sooner than lawfully needed.
