Working in Namibia

Grew up in a low density populated town, Namibia seems offers this whilst being able to work in a decent size city without the severe threat to one's life being present as it is here.

That's the main thing, safety on the semi outskirts, simply not available here.
This is true, its a lot safer with far less crime due to the relatively small population . That was one of the reasons I went to have a look. But after being there for a few days I missed having everything nearby and fast internet lol

Also people tend to be Afrikaans, and its absolutely gorgeous there.
 
Oh and a single bedroom half decent apartment costs around R8k a month to rent!
You've been spoilt living in Durban. That's about the going rate for 1 bedroom in a decent area here in Cape Town. I used to live in Pmb. For the price, I paid for a small house here +-2M in an okay area, I could have bought a good house there with change to spare.
