Look at the grass on this property...

Isn't that just one of worst photoshop jobs?

No ways! Is that a scam?

As fake as an agent's smile.

Buddy at work is looking for a house, and he found this.

Looking at some of their other listings, some has magic grass, some doesn't:

Others with photoshop'ed grass:

Need someone to arrange a viewing and come back with real photos.

That bench does look super fake but then they did a really good on the shadows

Just shows you how far low these people will go.

So I'm looking at this one again and I noticed there are actually shadows on the grass.

What did these guys try to do? Is the plant perhaps fake and grass mostly real?

Its winter and everywhere the grass is brown. So they probably just photoshop the grass to make it look better or to show more or less how it will look in the summer.
Holiday destinations will not use photo's that was taken during a rain storm? The estate agent does not have much choice if he gets a listing in the winter and have to take photos.
Looks more to me like an estate agent that actually tries to put in some work to get a property sold.

At what point does it become false advertising?

Making grass greener - sure.
Adding trees and plants and grass that wasn't there before - that's a problem in my books.
