So True! I have been trying to do it the way the drug dealers do it. In the beginning you give it away for free to get them hooked.

My new question is this:

i am currenlty getting 800ish ping (with webafrica 384kbps shaped)
so do i go up to 512k line shaped or stay with my 384k but get it unshaped?

Stay with 384 but get unshaped. Line speeds aren't important, latency is and you will get the same latency on a 384 or a 4mb line.

There is a registry edit you can do that reduces your ping considerably. Mine went from 750 down to about 380. I must just try remember where I found the howto :/
