WoW Gold

I had 5k gold last week, this week I have 12k gold....

I dont farm anything.

I just play the AH, buy/sell.
 
My main is a LW / Skinner and I spent a lot of time farming heavy clefthoof leather and cobra scales for the two epic leg armour patches. Farming the leather and instances for nethers and then mostly buying the other primal airs it took a while to get my epic flappy.

After my warrior hit 70 I mostly did dailies on the isle with it. Needed rep for the alchamists trinket and the shield. My warrior is an alchamist with transmute specialisation. Every day I make a skyfire or earthstrom diamond. Easy 50-90g profit not counting any proc's.

Transmutes + dailies + instancing = gold fast. Took less then 2 weeks to go from 10g back up to 2k without even trying.
 
Please, for the love of gold and the sake of my sanity post a gold guide(warcraft millionaire, whatever) I just cant find 1 and worry I’m gona pick up a logger trying to.

surely theres an easier way :D :D

well, the disenchanting of cheap items works pretty good. get a low level enchanter (lvl 30 or so) and get enchanting of about 60 and up. then just buy all the 20s or less green items, DE them and sell the mats. seems highly profitable... can make a pretty penny in an hours time... just keep buying those cheap crap items!

and, as mentioned before: play the AH. can make serious serious money with little effort, but trial and error will cost you a bit.
 
If you're a tailor/chanter like me, try running a few arca instances and hope for the arcanoweave bracers pattern to drop.
The mats are cheap (Bolt of Netherweave x6, Arcane Dust x12, Rune Thread x2) and it always DE's into a Large Prismatic which you can sell for profit.
I never have to buy the mats as I'm always chock full of dust and neatherweave so it's all profit :)

i just run around killing things, 2 x 6 hour sessions is about 100g. Got a weird question the other day

"Gimme 2 gold, need to buy mount" (this is from a level 28)
And I'm like, dude, you have 2 levels to go before you can even buy the mount or whatever, just quest, you'll have enough money by then

and he's like "No, need it now, the limited offer on mounts will go away!"

bwhaahaha, poor sap didn't realise it was part of the patch.

I just ignore it... Any sort of responce they usualy see as the gap they have been waiting for.

I really suck when it comes to gathering gold! I dont have the will to do the same day quests over and over and over again!
When I need fast gold I know how to get it though. And it is exactly the same as most chinese farmers do, go hunt for primals. At 23-33g per primal, (part from life) it is quite easy to obtain and make that few hundred gold you need fast. I usualy go to Sketies and kill the water elementals, obtaining about 2-3 primals every 30 mins (timed since I use 30 min under water breathing berries).

That is what I did to get my gold. Primal Shadow sells for 30 gold on my realm.
 
well, if primals tickle your fancy, engineering gives you the Zapthrottle... geez... i made a few K gold without breaking a sweat. you would just be on your way somewhere and you see clouds of motes everywhere. SCORE!

I usually log on 15 minutes before raid time ... and that means ive neglicted my laundry basket :D
So time to farm is a problem. However popping into AH and hustling maybe during lunch and raid breaks seems the solution. Gief guide please

as one of the comments there rightly point out, any of the epic engineering head pieces gives you the ability to see the mote clouds as nodes (same as mining and herbalism).

if you have a epic flapper, mining, engineering and this puppy then you can really coin it (nagrand (motes of air), zangarmarsh (motes of water?), netherstorm (motes of mana) and shadowmoon (motes of... SHADOW :p ))
