WOW is being rediculous

Search the INTERNET for free games... If you cannot afford to play wow, then it is not for you.
60 day cards still works out cheaper than 6 month subscriptions. Just shop around there are game cards available for under R400.

And instead of getting a game card code generator why not just get an OTM scrambling program then you can draw enough cash to play the game and buy booze.

if you cant afford it, dont play it. Simple stop bitching and moaning. Thats the cost. And they have over 9million players who dont complain, well least it falls on deaf ears anyways

Look at it this way. You spend R700 for a new Xbox game. The average Xbox game is probably about 12 hours. So 58 rand per hour.

WoW costs 150 a month, but you most likely play every day. Let's say, maybe 2 or 3 hours a day. Let's say 2.5. Over the course of a month, it works out to about R2 per hour.

So which, really, is the best investment, from purely a financial point of view? Don't get me wrong, of course. A R700 game that may take 12 hours to finish may certainly be worth it because those 12 hours may be concentrated awesome as opposed to the 70 hours per month of a snoozefest that WoW might be (most of it is going to be level grinding, farming crap etc after all). My point though, simply is, the financial argument is silly. R150 a month is chump change to a gamer. Unless you're an out and out pirate.... which would certainly clarify things in this thread...
 
Im not being mean... it was just a question, I have a job at a bar frm 5pm to 10pm every tuesday and thursday and at functions on sum weekends..

Exactly, and the constant updates, and new content. 150R is nothing for that.

im a software engineer. i work from 930 till 6.
