WoW patches...

I heard that if you copy the WoW-Update files from your Data folder you don't have to stream it. Does anyone know if this might be true? I cba to copy the whole 25gb folder from a friend again because of this patch! I tried my google skills but I can find no real proof if it works.

Data folder and all the files directly in the wow folder (ie wow.exe)

I don't think you can just copy the "wow-update-13164.MPQ" type ones. My other ones was changed also.

yeah, the most up to date EU client is on Wage, including cata preload, so if you copy this version you can start to play as soon as cata is launched.

You can skip the .rev files, but they are there so that you can use built in rar repair.

All I did after last week's update is I copied the new file from the data folder and ran the launcher, it downloaded about 3 meg and then use the update file to patch
