WoW Shamans

Which of these are best for a shaman? flametongue, frostband or that wind thing?

Depends on your spec.
If you're Resto or Elemental then Flametongue since it adds spellpower. If you're Enhancement then Windfury.

Actually, if you're resto, then you want to apply Earthliving weapon, as it boosts healing.

If you enhancement surely you would want flametongue on your offhand for that lava spell? or is WF better still? I started working my shammy yesterday, so im a little behind the times.

Flametongue is only worthwhile for casters, and that's ele or resto spec.
If you're enh spec, you're going for melee damage, so windfury is the ticket.
Rockbiter can increase your dps very slightly, but it also adds to threat, so if you're tanking, it's useful. (Shammy tank, HA!)

frostband works the best for me. how do you apply FB, WF or FT to which weapon? do you just click it till it enchances the desirable weapon?

open char sheet, left click which imbue, and choose which weapon

New Enhance is not just about physical damage anymore so you want the extra spellpower from the offhand FT.

If you do not have any enchant on a weapon then it will enchant the main hand first then the off-hand second.

If you do then just cancel the enchant or use the char sheet to enchant with whatever you want ;)

What are resto shammies like at 80? Im talking predomintly(sp fail!!) wrt to PVP, and Arena.
