I'm interested to see what spec you propose for a Feral Druid for pve dps.

Feral dps is all about rotation and making sure u dont get energy starved if you could put it that way.

Getting your rotation down and max up time on savage roar and rip will make your dps great. All this ofc linked with being expertice and hit capped. If not you can drop some points where you think is best and maybe get points in primal precision.

Rotation is not just spamming mangle and shred. And if you have rip up and get lucky string of crits granting you free combo points you can use ferobite that crits rather amazingly with this spec

But meh. I miss the old powershifting days. That was actually fun way too dps. But feral dps is quite awesome if done right

You really shouldn't be speccing and glyphing into seal of command. It hasn't been a worthwhile pve seal since wotlk was released. Rather take 5/5 'seals of the pure', use corruption on bosses and righteousness on trash mobs.

thanx didnt even know that havent played my pala for like 4 months.. so no idea but i do know u only get one specc for dps.. retri.. so cant be that hard right

Why do you have 3 points in Protector of the pack? I would go with impv mangle...

lol imp mangle doesnt give u 6% ap.. and u dont spam mangle u use it once to 4 times on a boss maX!

not to mention ure rip ticks gets scaled via AP so 6% more ap is great

AFAIK, PotP doesn't give the 6% AP in cat form. It's only for bear and dire bear forms (actually only for dire bear, if you have that high a level and don't have dire bear, you're doing something wrong ).

As for the rotation, I usually go for mangle, rake, sf, and then shred to 5 cp, and rip. After that, I just keep my timers up. mangle increases bleeding damage as well as shred, and Rend and Tear increases the damage of shred on bleeding targets by 20%. Add that with savage fury and you have more than 50% increase in damage from shred.

Yes but the AP is only in Bear form not cat

Whats the best build that I can do with my frost mage? I mainly use him for pvp... though should I duel spec to fire for raiding?

frost mages = my worst nightmare in arena... fire mages do decent damage in raids though so its up to u

Where would you spend those 3 points then if not in the bear only talent tree?

remember, it also increases the time your mangle lasts...

Improved mangle is the best if several weak choices. Protector of the pack is a tank choice. Infected wounds is also tanking, but it has more group benefit. Primal tenacity is pvp and 2 extra points in furor is mostly for soloing. Feral aggression might work, but you dont use ferocious bite a lot in instances.

Improved mangle doesnt change the uptime of mangle. Glyph of mangle does though.
