wrong APN instructions for Winows 8

Hi

The Afrihost instructions for windows phones says under point 3, "select 'add internet APN'" (from the cellular setting). Well my Lumina 620 has no such field. The only fields I can find are data connection, Data roaming options, highest connect speed, Network selection and sim applications. There is an "add" option under the access point setting, which at the moment is defaulted to MTN. Under that option there are two main fields, connection name and access point name. When I type Afrihost under access point name and tap on the tick box, the software sends me back to the home screen with no indication that it has processed the information. How do I proceed from here?

I think they might be referring to Windows 8, the OS, not Windows Phone 8

Here we go:

To open mobile network settings, in the App list, tap Settings Settings icon > Mobile network.

To add an Internet APN

Tap Add Internet APN.

Do one or more of the following:

Tap APN, then type the address for the APN to use.
Tap Username, then type the username for your mobile account.
Tap Password, then type the password for your mobile account.
Tap Proxy server (URL), then type the address of the proxy server for your mobile account.
Tap Proxy port, then type the port number.
Tap IP type, then choose the type of IP address to use.
Tap SaveSave icon.

Unfortunately, I don't have a windows phone to test - but that should work

Thanks for your reply. The problem is that there is no "Add internet APN" to tap on my mobile network settings. The only fields I can find are those on my original query. At the time I wrote the query, there was no cellular setting so I assumed it had changed to "mobile network"
