WSUS 3.0 issue

Hi there i have this issue with WSUS. I'm did configure a WSUS server for our business but on the desktop pcs I'm getting the following errors

code 80244019

I called Microsoft but they will charge me R900excl vat

80244019 is cannot connect to update server.

Did you update the client pc's so they point to the WSUS server now and not the Microsoft servers anymore?

Which OS you running the WSUS on and are the PC's on a domain or workgroup?

Also what are the client PC's using for their DNS server?

Try run ipconfig /flushdns on the client pc's and check them for any malware.

my problem was I never supplied the clients pc with server port
