With regards to the articles in Eskom and petrol prices all I an say is wtf!!!
It's an incontrovertible fact that since the advent of our new democracy the ordinary person can bitch and moan through every orifice in his/her anatomy nothing will change

We are at the mercy of the corrupt politicians.

Until and unless we can rid ourselves if this scourge we are doomed. No amount of logic and facts will determine them from raping our government coffers further in this 1 party state.

We need a radical change to our voting system si that we are not confined to voting simply for a political party but for the person/s that is best for you job....

Until then we are doomed and cursed with what we have at present....

Ja "they" voted for the ANC - you are correct, but everyone else that didn't vote for them still suffers the consequences.

The only voting thing that will work is to add weight.

Your vote as a unemployed vagrant cannot carry the same vote as mine with a degree and a tax payer.

We need a system where votes are weighted proportionately.

It’s not about right or wrong; it is about how deep is one’s understanding of the reality/ socioeconomic context (at a particular point in time): two individuals with totally different opinions on a particular topic could have the same weight factor if they both understand reality at the same level.
