What is that snotgieter bitch's email at fraudtech? we gotta let them know about the site and wait to see if they force that dude to hand it over.

This site is somewhat suspect since the site details of “MyWirelessrocks” and “Nerdsonsite” are very similar. It might be perceived as one long Nerdsonsite advertisement…something I don’t think many people will approve of.

A simple whois lookup on co.za comfirms RPM's suspicions - the domain mywirelessrocks and nerdsonsite are owned and registered to under exactly the same contact details...
Really scummy advertising tactics - what losers. I wonder if anyone can find a link between Sentech and these guys - if we could find that, Sentech would be in crap...[;)]

I don't approve of this form of advertising, so much so that I would now turn people away from "Nerds on Site", this is a hybrid form of spam, misleading people to come across what can only be described as a desperate attempt to make an extra buck.

It's like X-Connect spam, I didnt signup for it and the only way to unsubscribe is to fax them, when I get time im going to fax a good coupla pages of pure black, they waste my time, I waste their ink/toner, paper.

I think I'm going to look into a fun little Denial of Service attack on mywirelessrocks...that will teach these beyatches.

They are a reseller of Sentech through nowire. I think that is really a bad means of adverstising ! It think it is a mockery.

Clearly they dont care about their customers if they are prepared to try something this stupid. How could anyone associate their business with Sentech without worrying about the long-term implicaitons of being 'in bed' with a company that has no service and lies to its customers

Whoever put up that site will be eating his words pretty soon. Its time for Sentech to do what they need to do. It would be poor form to keep that site up when it does exactly the same infringement is TheRoDents previous domain name. So its time to inform Sentech of the domain name if they don't already know unless of course, the are behind it.

And, it'll just strengthen the case against "bad" domain names, if they DON'T threaten them. This, in fact, is "passing off", "trademark infringement", and whatever else, since they're a commercial entity, interested in making profit.

You're right. In this case it's trading on the name for commercial gain. Sentech, go sic those lawyers on their case. Mind you, they're useless.

Well, whoever placed the advert doesn't have much morals/ethics to hold up... so they should fit right in at Nowire (and Sentech).
