Hi

I set up a website on capnel using whm

The domain keeps pointing to - thedomain.com in the web browser

The client insists that its must say www.thedomain.com in the browser.

Im sure there is a simple solution, i just cant seem to figure it out??

Any help??

Log into cpanel,
open Redirects,
Type : Permanent (301)
http://(www) select the domain from the drop down list
redirects to http://www.thefulladdress.co.za

Select "Do Not Redirect www. "
Click Add

done :)

i hate www.
my preference would be to do this would be to go into dns management and add a www cname which resolves to the same ip.
that way your boss won't know a diffs and you're happy. assuming apache serves up to the same webroot.
i thought cpanel served for both www and no-www by default?
