Yeah dude. Organise 'em BEVS ... lol

I have a backup Elite, so the 120GB drives don't bother me. I'd like to sell these "generic" HDD's though :D

What are you worried about getting banned for? Cheating or hardware mod?

Edit: nevermind, I see its a HDD.

The only way to change your HDD size is by altering the firmware which is against the rules of Xbox Live...

The chance of getting banned is high after doing that. Also the ban's can be either a console ban or a gamertag ban depending on what the security team does. For a HDD mod it would generally be the console but if you do it again they may decide to ban your gamertag as well.

If you then get a new gamertag and do it again they apparently permaban you but I highly doubt they can do that to a South African with a roaming IP Address

Are there any cases of anyone getting banned? Microsoft should actually face legal action for selling these drives at massively inflated prices. It's basically a scam.

There are many cases of people getting banned for modding their xbox.

I hate the price of these accessories but I fail to see the scam... it's more like price gouging ;)
