XBMC Supersport Addon

Hi guys. Looks like the plugin and VLC app don't work anymore. Is anyone else also experiencing this?

Please be more specific when you report that something isn't working.

I'm on Frodo using SS 1.1.0 and live streaming returns a script failed error.

I played a Blitz highlight without issue though...

OK here goes. I am referring to the live stream. The XBMC plugin gives a plugin error (I am on eden) and the SSLD application returns the error "Error in action 392: Index was out of range. Must be a non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index"

Something has changed with regards to the decryption key for live streams it would seem. I am looking in to the issue on the Plex plugin, will report any findings here.
 
Okay, I found out what the problem is and shouldn't be too difficult to fix. First going to eat something. :)

EDIT: I take that back, not so easy to fix.

Yup... Live Streaming on the XBMC plug-in appears to have gone.

When I open a stream on the web-browser, a grey box labelled "authenticating" comes up that never used to come up

Yep, there seems to be an extra layer of DRM protection added. I don't see live streams working in the plug-in anymore. I should still be able to get the plugin working for Plex but it's going to take some time and require the user to have Plex Media Server installed on a Windows machine.
 
Yeah, it has a new layer of authentication built-in now, by the looks of things. Hope it can be incorporated into the plugin. It's not like we're stealing the stream - we are all subscribers after all...

I doubt anybody is going to be able to get it working in XBMC and if they do it will be implemented like the Netflix plugin most likely. I could be wrong, but this is what it looks like. Plex has another method of working with DRM streams which I will look in to when I have time.
 
This is quite ridiculous on their part. Incredibly disappointed by this move on their part. I was legitimately using the service as a PVR subscriber, only using it on my HTPC as well. Now I need to figure out a way to launch a browser in XBMC, login to their site, and select the live streams...all without a keyboard and mouse.

Pathetic...

Its literally falling on deaf ears dam idiots, most of us are paying subs for their overpriced sh-t .
 
Maybe they're slowly implementing it and don't have drm on all streams yet or they saw DJs post and ran scared :p

Started playing with XBMC on the Pi and stumbled onto this,

What's the latest? All the links are not working anymore, where can I get the software and latest info?
