I'm with Afrihost and during the day it's not good on my 4mbps ADSL connection. At night and early morning I can sort of watch a few HD channels. One thing I have noticed is that the SD channels from the UK seem to be infinitely better than those on SuperSport, even on a 60" Plasma.

I am however using the web browser built into the TV and it's connect via WiFi to my router. In the past I've found Internet streaming to be quicker on Ethernet than 802.11.

Busy setting up a Pi with OSMC and I've loaded the NTV plugin so we'll see how this goes.

Anyone tried LiveGo.tv?

Or do you mean use via XBMC/Kodi for Android?

Pity their home capped is all over the place currently.

I have ntv.mx on 20mbps VDSL and BBC One HD is a buffer fest.

Some of the other HD channels are ok from time to time.

Pity - IS are shaping horribly of late. CW need to do something about it.

Ja, I'm also considering the 100Gb+ capped package but it's all a bit confusing.

Look, IS can't mess me around worse than Afrihost at the moment. And if there is an issue? Off to another ISP.
 
Anyone having issues using the non-existent Plex plugin with PleXBMC?

I can't find the original app, wasn't on the play store but some other apk site. In any event, try this app, I seem to recall that it had Free HD too. Keeps on crashing on my S4 but I know it worked on my tablet a month ago: LiveNow!TV

I do. The non-existent Plex plugin works fine when watching the non-existing channels via plex app or browser, but playback fail when trying to watch via Plexbmc. It's on the same PC where my plex server is running from but I can't find the problem.

Server is running yes. UPnp is enabled on my TD-W8968 router. Network discovery is turned on in Windows network and sharing centre. Plex is not blocked by Firewall. But somehow Plex is not showing up under network locations in My Computer where it should be.
