Hi there Enerdude and Tinuva,

I wondered if either of you or someone else can assist myself and a few other posters with the below error message.

My streams used to work perfectly. Now it wont stream at all.
All I get is an error message. The same error message like most others on here.

''Error in action 385: StartIndex or Length are out of range: Start Index is 1 while text has only 0 characters''

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am sure others are waiting on this fix as well.
What do i need to do?

For people that are getting the error is it not that your username and password has been banned that is in the config file ?
 
I tried that @evol. I changed my username and password and am still getting the same error message.

Is there someone who can help with this error message. ''Error in action 385:.......''
The crickets starting in a cpl of days time and would love to watch it on Supersport.
Any suggestions guys?

Does Tinuvas's XBMC Plugin work on OpenElec?
(DJ, didn't you used to use OpenElec?)
 
Anyone got this working on Openelec? Works fine on Mac and Windows, but Openelec gives me a script failed error when I try to log in...
 
Used to get a lot of stuttering on my 1MB line, but magically this morning the cricket was running pretty good. Audio was flawless but the video was a bit stuttery, which I can live with
 
So how does the plugin work? What sort of validation is there to check whether you have a valid account? I don't have DSTV but wouldn't mind nicking the parents' account for F1 when it starts again. Streams available online generally stutter like crazy for it, even on my 8mbps line.

The stream was awful. I really don't know how they can even consider that a stream. It was like watching a painting being drawn in fast forward...
