Xbox 360 Harddrive transfer

Hi, I have a XBOX 360 Elite with a 120GB HDD and a XBOX 360 Slim 4GB.
How do I transfer the HDD to the new XBOX?

I wanted to connect my Kinect to the new Xbox, but decided I'll buy and HDD later. Just connected it to my old Xbox.
